Absolutely not. You are the owner of record and are the only person who can accept, reject, or respond to any and all offers on your property.

How long does the process take?

Once you consult with an Owner Advocate we can begin bringing you offers in 24-72 hours from the time you tell us to.

What are the costs involved?

There are no costs associated with a Owner Advocate presenting you with all your options. Once your Owner Advocate meets with you, they will present all options you are interested in pursuing along with a custom cost benefit analysis of each so you can compare and contrast the offers.
